concrete vs. the cold round 2

well today's run started at about 2:45 it was a nice toasty 16 Fahrenheit when i took off for my long run today 7 miles in just about an hour with a couple killer hill mixed in for fun. When i was done it was down to 13 Fahrenheit and when i got in the door i had frost on my hat and gloves. That's a new one for me i was still pretty soaked under my wind breakers but i never got cold. That's a good sign right? Now as for those hills the major one is about according to my GPS i went up just about 130 feet in 3/4 of a mile with a small flat area in the middle. Then right back down 40 feet and back up 40 feet in about 3/4 of a mile again. then its pretty flat for the next 3/4 of a mile i turn around and do it all in reverse. I have yet to see any runners out when i am out there either the area is full of wimps or i go at the wrong time oh well. I see i have yet to get a viewer. maybe some day. hey to who ever is the first one leave a comment so i know this thing works.
